1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing royalxperience.us or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable Arizona state law.
2. Eligibility
Renters must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid US driver's license, possess a major credit card in their name, and pass our identity verification.
3. Reservations & Payments
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and payment via Stripe. A refundable security deposit of $500 is held against your card. Charges include rental, taxes (AZ 8.56%), and applicable delivery fees.
4. Use of Vehicle
Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-roading, towing, ride-share services, or operated outside Arizona, Nevada, or California without prior written consent. No smoking. No pets without consent.
5. Insurance
Comprehensive insurance is included. Renters are responsible for any deductibles or damage exceeding policy limits. See Insurance Disclosure for details.
6. Liability
Royal Xperience LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Maximum liability is limited to the rental fees paid.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Arizona state law. Any disputes will be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
